yesterday, i have 4 hours of seminar by Dr. Mark Charrette....
yesterday was nice...
today i have 8 hours of seniar by him too...
although the front part is same but i know better after listen for the second time...
He taught us on extremity adjusting....
today, they provide note and sweets...
so good...
i learnt how to adjust the foot, knee and hip...
i scan my feet too...
i had a moderate pronated feet...
later i put the scan result out...
and one want to try my new learnt adjustment???
haha...
some infor really widen my knowledge...
the most important thing that i learnt is
Foot tapping and orthotics are not corrective but they are supportive....
a good foot orthotics have the following characteristics like allow the feet have optimal range of motion, support all 3 arches and give the minimum support to the arches...
