Swimming...

i like to swim....
i started to swim since two month back....
i swim few times a week...
about one month ago...
my 'instructor' Joseph teach me some new things...
i never time myself before...
but today i ask someone to time me...
it took me 20 second to swim 25 metres freestyle with a jump start....
my 'instructor' took 13 second to do the same task...
haiz...
another swimmer that took him 17 second but without a jump start...
he really improve alot...
previously his record was 21 seconds...
i wish to become better...
^^

i wish i had a nice body like him...

Three Simple Rules in Life

This morning when i'm going through the blogs that i follow, i saw this very interesting and wish to share with my blogger too...

Haircut...

today i had a haircut at Rokit Salon at Carrefour...
initially i plan to cut at the E&M but full house...
so my friends suggest my to cut at Rokit Salon...
i jz try lo...
the shampoo boy very polite and good in massage...
feel so good....
the shampoo boy jz 16 years old but look like 20 years old...
so mature and tall...
haha...
the hair dresser that cut my hair is called Jackson (ah zhe)...
he also is a polite and friendly person....
i like the hair style that he cut...
this time the hair cut is not my usually haircut but is better...
haha...
feeling so good to serve by handsome guy...
haha...
hope that i will be as handsome as them (perasannya)...

yesterday went for a movie with maybelle, teo, chris, u-wen, kee loon and kenneth...
happy that can go out and not jz stay at home alone...
i dislike lonely but lonely always find me...

very pain...
Acute Pain....
Thursday i do the Pain assignment...
while i'm doing the pain assignment, i have a great pain at my neck and head...
the neck pain started since the Wednesday technique class....
the headache at the occipital region started yesterday morning...
there like a cut at my occipital region and inflammation that cause the pain even worst...
After my friend and i palpated, i think my atlas subluxated to the right while and axis subluxated to the left....
the pain jz like a hand grab my from the occipital of the skull...
are there any pain killer or can someone jz remove the pain from me....
this is the third time i feel like dying...
the first time is 8 years back when i had my appendectomy.
second time is i had a great headache after going into a hot car.
this is the third times that i fell such a great pain...
it really disturb my sleep...

Mid-Autumn Festivsl

yesterday i was abit emo...
cause all the ppl around me is attach and spending quality time with their partner during mid-autumn....
yesterday i dun want to go out for dinner, so i ask Maybelle to cook...
we cook together....
then invited some friends to come over to had dinner...
the sad thing is my brother cannot come over for dinner...
last time, i told my brother that we must had dinner at least one a month...
but the plan fail for many months....
overall was a good dinner...
but no lantern or candle...
haiz...
sorry for making Maybelle so tired cause need to cook after a tiring day...
独在异乡为异客，每逢佳节倍思亲。

Radiography Practical

Today is my first time having a radiography practical...
i'm the second group. the radiology technician, taught us about the component of x-ray...
after the 45 min of lecturing, he show us the balloon fill with water that was taken by the first group.
for our group, he suggested to take phone as he object.
one of my classmate took out his iphone as the object.
the x-ray of iphone was fantastic...
haha...

today i went to watch Rise of the Planet of the Apes with my friend...

initially is three ppl, but one of the ffk me...

at last, only two ppl going for the movie...

i walk from Hang Tuah to Pavillion...

and i rewarded myself with McD ice-cream...

then watch the movie...

after movie, we went to Din Tai Fung...

this is my first time eating at Din Tai Fung...

the service is nice and food is delicious...

last but not the least, there a eye candy there...

must go back there and eat..

haha...
