God knows our needs....

as u all know, i went to gym in mid of Oct until mid of Nov...

i glad i have the chance to workout at gym...

but i dun have the fund to buy protein powder....

after the gym ended...

i with to continue the gym in uni....

but i also wish to have protein powder...

recently a NS friend call me up that he want to give me the old de cause he brought a new one...

today i jz got it...

it about quarter remaining...

but the container is very big...
