Halloween Party

Yesterday i went to Halloween Party with a theme Heroes and Villlains Strikes Back...
all of my friend went there as a couple and so sweet...
but i went alone with them....
cut the story short...
when we chit chat, all is couple together but i in between two couple....
although i'm look happy but some moment i felt so lonely and wish someone to by my side....
haiz...
Back of my head swell up again...
very pain...

this is the fourth time liao...
as it swell, the C2 and C1 also out of place???
is all this associated???

Emotional....

Recently i'm very emotional...
recently i'm miss someone that i should not miss..
i should let it go very long time ago but i didn't...
wat is happening to me???
sorry for those who i offence by my word...
SORRY....
my friend say i'm very touchy and it isn't me recently...
i rearranged my room...
recently i really emotional and thinking of someone..
i cannot rest well recently...

Gyming....

yesterday i went to gym with wason and Daniel 'personal trainer'...
haha...
actually really enjoy yesterday session of the gym...
learnt alot of things...
thanks daniel....
hope there will be another session to learnt on the upper limb and lower limb muscle...
ganbatteh to my muscle...
haha...
hopefully can continue gyming after the first month...

we jz had Subway as our dinner + supper...

Body Pump...

Yesterday i attend another gym class called body pump...
this is my second time went for body pump class...
yesterday is a female instructor....
she very powerful...
she life twice my warn up weight...
after the class i feel more relax...
she took one and half hours to complete the whole class...
when i reach home, i taught i left my black t-shirt that i use for gym...
i abit sad cause is a gift from A...
but luckily i didn't left at gym...
^^

Yoga

today is my first time doing yoga...
very hard and stretching...
until now my triceps still have the pulling fell...
haiz...
tomorrow is the body pump...
i like this class alot...
can really build up my muscle...

luckily the yoga teacher didn't ask us to di this...

haha...

HSC Cheras

yesterday, we (chiropractic student from year one and two) went to HSC medical centre to help out as a volunteer....
i really enjoy the day....
i saw the clinical of x-ray...
it different from the text book that we learnt from...
i learnt alot of thing yesterday and also saw how the knowledge that we learnt to apply clinically....
tiring day....
by the way, alot of FOOD....
we can eat like no tomorrow...
haha...

GYM

yesterday was my first day went to any gym...
the gym that i went to is called Element Gym which located in G tower....
we reach there about 7.15pm....
then after all the procedures,we went to change and gym time...
me and wason started some resistance training while u-wen and christine start with treadmill...
we workout until 9.15om then me and christine went for swimming...
yup... there are swimming pool there...
as the website say the swimming pool is heated but hor....
the water still not warm...
the thing is the water is salted like sea water....
the thing i wonder is why the instructor at the gym didn't teach us how to use the equipment...
after swimming, i went for sauna...
very nice and fun...
i reach apartment about 1.30am....
this whole week is very very tired...
and now having headache...

Sister Graduation...

Tiring weekend....

too busy to update my blog...

I attended my sister graduation ceremony at University Malaysia Terengganu....

i travel more than 1000km in this weekend...

really not a joke...

i sat in the car more than 20 hours in this weekend...
